The Water Project

• Hi and Kia Ora bloggers. This week my class was told to do some research about The water progerrt The Water Project Some people do need to walk every morning  to get water for the people and 300,000,000 people do not get water in the world. 
• Are you one of they who does not get water? Probablly not because you would not see this post. To find this kind of information go to The Water Project . org   on google.  We had to get a friend and ask them what they have  most enjoyed  this year so I chose my friend Bridie.  Bridie has enjoyed Ballet ,that she is amazing at. The most people  that do not get water live in Guinea, Uganda, Niger, Mozambique, India and Pakistan.

Fiao’o Fa’amausili

Hello and Kia Ora bloggers.

This whole week my class is doing a praktis for our Summer Learning Journey in the school holidays. Today I decide to write about Fiao’o Fa’amausili and she is the coach of the Rugby Girl all blacks Team. That team  has won 5 games. That team is not getting money like the All Blacks. 

I think that the girls should be getting the same amount as the all blacks because they are like the same but a girl team and a boy team. One more thing is that gust because it is a different gender dose not mean that the girls should not get the same amount as the boys do.  The All Blacks get 1$ Million dollars every game they play. I found that out by sheching on kiddle.co. I wrote on kiddle How much do the All Blacks get paid?

Hi Bloggers today my teacher told my class to do a venngage because we are doing a Summer Learning Journey in the school holidays about Lorde or  Taika Waititi or Roald Dahl.  I chose Lorde because she is a very famous singinger. Four legged friend

✋Hello bloggers this morning my class and a few others went to the wharehui to see Chris the dog handler an Baxter the dalmatian dog. Chris and Baxter are part of the Christchurch City Council. Here is a photo of one of out teachers with Chris and Baxter.

We also found out how to pick up dog poop. You put your hand in dog bag then pick up the poo then you put the bag with the poo in it tern it inside out. Here is a video of Dylan picking up not a real poo but a paper poo.

School Trip.

Hello On wednesday 12th of November  My school went to the concert in a new building. and then we walked all the way to the magritte machhe playground. We had lunch at the playground and then we all went and played at the playground I played on the spinnery things and I pushed the other people. After we played at the playground we walked all the way to the bus We headed of to school then once we got back the class watch shark tale. Have you been to your school trip? Hello. How are you? This morning my class read a story called Bumpus Jumpus Dinosaurumpus. I thought it was really exciting and they made up really cool dinosaurs. Hi my name is Stella. I am hear to tell you bloggers about the schools Digiawads. 😯 We made an advertt for our groups game that we were put in by the teachers. Thursday and Friday TM2 my class has had Mrs Munro. Mrs Munro is a relieve teacher. 

Mrs Munro is the best teacher because she always brings us some really cool 

prices to win. We win by getting our name in the soup pot and at the end of the 

day Mrs Munro shuts her eyes and picks three names out of the soup

pot. Mrs Munro brings us some cool books like

Descriptions!

Hi bloggers!

This week my class has been told to do description writing this week. Description writing is where you write one sentence and you put a noun and then a adjectives. For example 

The happy birthday boy is sitting at the pink dotted lovely table. 

I really enjoyed writing descriptions this week.  Have a look at my descriptions writing. Have you done descriptions before?

There is a pink cake that a ginger haired boy is holding. He is walking with the delicious cake to the party table. The ginger haired boy is slowly walking the cake to the birthday boy sitting at the party table. There is a lovely jelly sitting on the pink dotted tablecloth spread on the table.

There are four little kids at the party waiting for the cake.         

There is a whole heap of party food on the pink dotted party table.There are 2 boys at the party and there are 2 girls. You can hear the wobbly jelly wobbling on the pink dotted tablecloth. There are cheese and pineapple sticks.There is a blue tall vase on the white window sill.

You can hear people singing, ''Happy birthday''. You can hear the popping of the balloons. You can hear the table cloth waving in the party. You can hear ripping paper. You can hear munching. You can hear clapping. You can hear BANG!

Ed Club is very nice and a cool way to learn to type. Ed Club is a website that you can get for free Ed Club is a nickname for Typing club. If you are a beginner you will start going quite slow. There are 684 levels that you go on. I am only up to 163 and I am quite good because I am on the leaderboard. Have you done Ed Club before?

So this is how it works so one by one a person goes up in front of the class and doesthere speech that they have been working on all three weeks. Holiday fun!

Hello readers 

In the school holidays  We had two weeks of school holidays. In the holidays  I got three days of ski lesson at Mt Hutt. My teacher was called Sam. Sam was a really nice incter. He taught me some really cool and exciting stuff. My favrite thing that Sam taught  me was to do some back werdes sking. I did monday tusday and wedsnday.  The lunch was provided. There lunch was so yumy. On wednsday thay had provided the best lunch we had really yumy sausages with bread. Sam toke me right to the top of the mountain. On the top of the mountain it was so nice and calm no one was up there.

Miss Clark is leaving

Hi bloggers. This past 7 weeks Miss Clark has come into my class to be a teacher. She is a really cool and kind. T2W4 Writing

Hi boggers. This week my class has been doing information writing. We had to write about something that we were interested  in. Lots of people chose to write about dog's but I chose to write about rabbits. Take a look at my work.

Hi my name is Stella and this week my class is studying  a different kind of writing. It is information writing. I am writing about rabbits.  My three different kind of rabbits are wild, tamed, and baby rabbits.

Take a little read of my work…….

Most of  the time wild rabbits are brown. Wild rabbits are very capable of doing lots of things like making burrowes for their babies. Wild rabbits are very good at making a family. Wild rabbits are very good at digging. A female wild rabbit is called a doe. A male rabbit is called a buck. Did you know that rabbits live in a group. The European rabbit lives underground, in burrows. More than half  of the world’s rabbits live in North America.

Tamed Rabbits. Tamed rabbits are different to wild rabbits. Tamed rabbits are spotty  black white and grey. Rabbits have different colour fur like people have different colour hair. The tamed rabbits  live in cages because tamed rabbits are pets not like wild rabbits. They live in cages because they are pets for people and kids.

Baby rabbits. Baby rabbits are a very cute and cuddly to kids. Baby rabbits need to kept warm because they’re little, they’re delicate, they don’t have much fur yet so need to be looked after by their mum or their owner. Baby rabbits  can not do much stuff like dig or run.

T2W3 Sports

 On a Wednesday my class goes to PE with Ross the Boss. Ross the Boss dose some cool games  with my class every wednesday we do some pretty cool games with Ross the Boss.

One game was called Capture the Flag and the other one we had to rip tags off other people. Watch the video to see how to play Capture the Flag.
